Teacher Grants
Teacher Grants provide funding for innovative classroom projects, enrichment materials, technology, and educational resources that enhance learning experiences and empower educators to bring creative ideas to life.
Qualifiers

Be a current PreK–12 public school teacher in the local community.

Be employed full-time or part-time at the time of application.

Submit a completed application by the stated deadline.

The project clearly benefits student learning and engagement. and introduces creative or unique learning experiences.

The project addresses a demonstrated classroom or school need that existing funding does not adequately cover.

Materials or resources will continue to benefit students beyond a single lesson or event whenever possible.

Agree to use grant funds solely for the approved project.

Complete a brief impact report after the project is implemented.


Application Process

Applications are accepted year round.

The Foundation's Board of Directors review applications in the Fall and the Spring using established evaluation criteria.

The Foundation's Board of Directors choose recipients. Grant recipients are notified following Board approval.

Funds may be distributed directly to the grant recipient, reimbursed upon submission of receipts, or used by the Foundation to purchase approved materials, depending on the nature of the project.

Recipients complete their project within the approved timeline and use grant funds only for the approved purpose.

Within 30 days of project completion, recipients submit a brief report including: A summary of the project's outcomes, photos or examples of student work, a description of how students benefited, a summary of how grant funds were used.
